Upon meeting Lisa I was immediately impressed with her warm and caring personality and that feeling has continued throughout the sale of my home. She put me in touch with local people to help remove or do nate many household items,a cleaning service,a painter. She made herself available to let these people in, and close the house afterwards, so that I did not have to take time off work.Lisa staged the home to make it more inviting to prospective buyers. In determining sales price for the home I was very grateful for her frank and honest imput. She was fully in tune to our needs and understood we did not want the house to sit unsold for many months.When the offer started to come in (5 total), her recommendation as to the pros and cons on each proposal was a welcome guideline which helped us make the appropriate decision for our future.
